Castriota Chevrolet

This is our second experience with Castriota. We purchased a vehicle in 2010, and loved our Equinox. This time, we decided to lease a 2013 Equinox. Jayne Meyer made the process easy. She had worked with us before, and we were comfortable with her expertise and product knowledge. The big difference in Castriota versus other dealerships...integrity. We had discussed leasing with a different team member. Once she checked her files to see whom we had worked with before, she immediately asked us if she could have Jane assist us. She would not attempt to take a potential contract off of a co-worker. Now that's what I call teamwork, and real integrity. We were taken thru the leasing process in thorough detail, and were able to make an informed decision. We wanted to take our 'old' car home to give it a cleaning & vacuuming, but Jane felt that it wasn't necessary. She made it a seamless transition for us to move our few items into the new vehicle. We were able to quickly work out the details of our lease, have the older car's note, paid off, and the paperwork completed. We had decided at 2:15pm to get info on leasing an Equinox, and by 6:15, we were heading home in our new car. We went over the newer controls of the car, and toured the facility as well. This we were familiar with, as we only bring our car(s) to Castriota for service. Thank you once again, Jayne, for making our transaction easy and comfortable. I have walked into 50 plus dealerships in my years easily and have Never walked out of finance. The supporting staff was great but the sales manager was the typical dirtbag crook depicted in every bad sales and have Never walked out of finance.
