Your employee needs to get an attitude adjustment he flat out said No I can’t come in. after I spoke with Rob the day before and told him I would be because you needed my wife there to punch it into the computer funny how I did all that at Ferman Chevrolet today without my wife all she needed to do was go in and give her info and sign. You lost two sales from me in the last year because of your employees the only reason I kept going back is because of Kathy in your service department I will miss dealing with her but I will no longer give your dealership a dime I own 5 Chevys and will no longer use your service department ..
