I value your business and appreciate your candid feedback. I apologize for the poor service you received during your recent visit. This is unacceptable behavior and not the way we conduct business. We do not shut down during the lunch hour and value every customer no matter what they are driving. Normally changing the oil should only take 60 minutes. I will definitely investigate to see how this happened to you as we do have an express service center with 4 dedicated technicians. This event took place 8 months ago. Thanks for the immediate response. By the way, someone from your company called the CEO of my company and caused problems for my employment threatening to a lawsuit. I will continue to voice my experience regardless of your threats.
