Excellent customer service I took my vehicle to Castriota Chevrolet with a check engine light on believing I had a problem with my catalytic converter. After being evaluated Kat I took my vehicle to Castriota Chevrolet with a check engine light on believing I had a problem with my catalytic converter. After being evaluated Kathy informed me it was a cam seal. Not knowing a lot about vehicles she explained that it was under warranty and would be fixed for free. I greatly appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service! They could of easily told me a bunch of repairs where needed and charged me a bunch of money. Thank you again Kathy and I'll see you next time I need service. More

Work done on my new Impala I want to thank the service and parts people at Castriota. First my service writer Cathy Davidson. She kept me informed as to the status of my car a I want to thank the service and parts people at Castriota. First my service writer Cathy Davidson. She kept me informed as to the status of my car and followed the installation of a backup camera and homelink into my car. She was professional, friendly, and took ownership of the overall installation. Second, the parts manager Patrick. He insured they had the correct parts and worked with the vendor rep Adam to insure the proper parts were used. And lastly the person who worked on my car. He had to stay in touch with Adam from Mito as he worked through installing the backup camera. He would do some of the install, talk to Adam and continue with the install. Thanks so much to everyone who worked on my car and anyone who planned and managed the install of the backup camera and homelink! I am very happy with my new products! Great customer service! More
Poor service at Service department Service representatives are rude, lack of communication, and sneaky. Brought vehicle in for oil change and mentioned that shift button did not work. Part was order we were told to bring in and surprise after the part was in we were told that there is a charge. No call, nothing to let us know before service was done. Still had to pay even after they admitted they did not check the warranty information. The manager sat in his office and did not say thing. Worst service I have had at a dealership. Figure they would want repeat customers. More

Cathy who is in service was very quick to get us through any issues, and very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. My issue was with Bob the service manager who didn’t keep his word and had sarcastic remarks on two separate occasions and not a nice person to deal with. Over 6 hour wait and horrible customer service After the "attendant" reluctantly approached my work truck, she tried to talk me out of service stating "everyone is at lunch, you'll have to come bac After the "attendant" reluctantly approached my work truck, she tried to talk me out of service stating "everyone is at lunch, you'll have to come back". Unfortunately, I had no option as my truck had tire and overheating issues. During a 6 hour and 23 minute wait, the "holier than thou" service attendant, begrudgingly updated me twice. She did, however, insist on complaining to me that she didn't have lunch that day. Guess what? Due to my extended wait and no wifi, I not only didn't eat lunch, but was 2 days behind on my work for the week. No apologies were made, no manager got involved to assist in the process, no discounts were applied, no care was given. I'm sure if I had a corvette, they would have made an extended effort. This was proven by observing several other customers who had high end vehicles, with acceptable 30 minute wait times. Your poor scheduling of lunch breaks should not shut down business!!! Take a management lesson!! More
