Great Service Took my car to Castriota to have backup camera replaced and have them look into why my car keeps loosing connection to my ipods. The gave me a new lo Took my car to Castriota to have backup camera replaced and have them look into why my car keeps loosing connection to my ipods. The gave me a new loaner Volt! It was great to drive the Volt. They fixed the backup camera and Cathy researched what was happening with the ipods. She printed out some info on ipod use and explained that the car losses the connection when it sits for a long time. Cathy is very friendly and knows a great deal about the cars. I always look forward to seeing her when i visit the dealership for service! More
My first oil change/ tire rotation was NOT very good. When I received my vehicle back from the first free maintenance, the antennae was unscrewed from the roof and lying on my front floorboard. I apprecia When I received my vehicle back from the first free maintenance, the antennae was unscrewed from the roof and lying on my front floorboard. I appreciate the car wash, but no one even checked to put it back on. The automatic transmission drive selector handle is also getting stuck on the R (reverse) position, when trying to get to P (park). I don't know if there was a setting they set on the transmission while servicing my car or not, but there seems to be a problem now with shifting the auto transmission handle to place it in park. ONLY 7800 miles on my 2016 cruze. More

I was getting a oil change and simply mentioned that Kelly in the service department is great! She is very professional and exceeded my expectations. I was getting a oil change and simply mentioned that the paint was oxidized on my fender flares. I asked what I would have to do to get it fixed because my truck was bought from another dealer and the flares were after market even tho the truck came with them and was purchased brand new. To my surprise, she called the aftermarket company and set up the whole thing to be covered under the their warranty. WOW! It's good to know there's people out there that generally care about the satisfaction of the customer. More

Best Service ANYWHERE! We've been taking our 2001 Saturn 300L wagon and our 2005 Saturn VUE to Castriota Chevrolet service department since Saturn stopped production. Our us We've been taking our 2001 Saturn 300L wagon and our 2005 Saturn VUE to Castriota Chevrolet service department since Saturn stopped production. Our usual service advisor is Cathy Davidson. (She was ours at Saturn of Port Richey, too!) The service bay is always clean and efficient. There are plenty of places to sit and relax while you wait--even WIFI; or their driver takes you home in a heartbeat. Their loaner vehicle program is excellent, too. The technicians are top notch--and very thorough. Once you start going there, you'll be getting service discount coupons in the mail and/or email often. Cathy also gives you excellent tips on how to watch for problems and how to keep up with your maintenance. (I've been driving since 1964 and never knew that those "cheaper" stations may not have the best gasoline for your car.) Cathy suggests keeping the receipt after each fill-up just in case there's a problem later--even from name brand stations. She also says to choose a station that is busy--less chance for sediment build-up; and never pump when the truck is there refilling their pumps! (The sediment gets stirred up and into your car!) More
