Repeat Customer I purchased my new Camaro back in 2010 with Blanche. I had such a great experience with her and the dealership that I now purchased my new 2016 Malib I purchased my new Camaro back in 2010 with Blanche. I had such a great experience with her and the dealership that I now purchased my new 2016 Malibu with Carol. Carol was very helpful and informative about the car, and she worked hard not only to get me an excellent trade on my Camaro, but to make a fair deal with the price of the new car. Matt was very informative with the paperwork and at no time did I feel any "sales pressure" at any point of the process. That, for me, was one of the most important aspects of the deal. It was a such a pleasure. I will definitely go back to Castriota in the future for my next Chevy purchase. More

My first oil change/ tire rotation was NOT very good. When I received my vehicle back from the first free maintenance, the antennae was unscrewed from the roof and lying on my front floorboard. I apprecia When I received my vehicle back from the first free maintenance, the antennae was unscrewed from the roof and lying on my front floorboard. I appreciate the car wash, but no one even checked to put it back on. The automatic transmission drive selector handle is also getting stuck on the R (reverse) position, when trying to get to P (park). I don't know if there was a setting they set on the transmission while servicing my car or not, but there seems to be a problem now with shifting the auto transmission handle to place it in park. ONLY 7800 miles on my 2016 cruze. More
