Prior to coming to Castriota I had driven the car I eventually ended up purchasing at another dealership so half of my car buying experience was already complete when arriving at Castriota, but the remaining process was fairly quick. Horrible place who takes advantage of mentally disabled Took full advantage of my mentally disabled father who has MS. Walked out of dealership owing $30k on a $23k lease. Lied to me about giving him what Took full advantage of my mentally disabled father who has MS. Walked out of dealership owing $30k on a $23k lease. Lied to me about giving him what he owed on his trade in, finance office sold him things he didn't need. He is $10k upside down on a 2016 lease with 2k miles on it he bought 5 months ago. Perfect condition too. Worst dealership ever and they won't own up to anything. More

Lease Buy Out ~ 2014 Impala My husband and I went to Castriota Chevrolet to purchase our Leased 2014 Impala that we had previously leased from them, Met with Debbie Razziano (a My husband and I went to Castriota Chevrolet to purchase our Leased 2014 Impala that we had previously leased from them, Met with Debbie Razziano (a 20 yrs experienced, knowledgeable sales rep) and Christian Dukes Finance Manager to finalize our financing. It was a wonderful experience working with both experienced, and very professional ladies. Debbie knew everything about the vehicles Chevrolet has to offer, and all of the paperwork needed to have done regarding the buyout, and Christian knew everything about rates, and financing. It's local dealership and we love staying in the area to purchase. We will continue to visit Castriota Chevrolet Dealership because they make us very comfortable with our decisions, and know they offer some of the best deals. More
