I've been to a lot of dealerships before, VW and other, and I think they forget that in order to get the sale, you have to treat me like dealership. After all, we are the one's looking to drop $20-$30k....and I think most dealerships forget that little tidbit. Kevin Barth was my salesman, and he was personable and friendly. More than that, he listened and respected me and my time. I was there with my family at the time, and the whole experience was exceptional. I've been to other dealerships with my family, and I think they looked at my kids as a bother. Not here....it was great all around, and I have already recommended them to someone else. Jim was his sales manager, and he too was just as great as Kevin. Never once was I turned off by anything either of them did or said. More than that, because I have had poor experiences elsewhere, it was refreshing to have this type of experience...so much so that I wanted to buy the car from them and not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a VW, don't waste your time....just go to this dealership and ask for Kevin. More

I purchased new Jetta TDI in Fox Valley Volkswagen few days ago (Schaumburg location). The Sale consultant whose name is Dan Sheth was very kind, humorous, and also fully honest. I was in a hurry, because I had to go to the work in the evening. They saved my time by ordering some pizza for us. I am not talking about the pizza. I am very impressed their carful concern and sensitivity to customers' need. Also they gifted me some t-shirts. It was ugly, but we love their kindness. As an international student, I was not easy to get less than 4% finance from other dealer. Those dealer ship seemed to be difficult to handle it. However in Fox Valley Volkswagen,there is a professional finantial agent quickly figured out what I need and solved out in an hour. They also have some exerlant after care programs. I recommend Fox Valley Volkswagen to someone who want to buy a car. At least they can get what you want with reasonable price for sure. More

The Jetta Sportwagon is as nice if not nicer than the high end car I traded in and in alot of ways it is nicer. I got a better price on my trade in than CarMax offered. wow.... More
