I purchase my 2013 Passat TDI yesterday. Overall it was the best buying experience I have had and I have purchased at least 10 cars. My sales person was David Wyzukovicz and I highly recommend him. He found the exact car I wanted when other sales people from other dealerships couldn't or wanted to sell me something else (year/color etc..). David kept me informated as to the status of my car every few days and not once did I have to call him to find out what was going on. The car arrived when promised and exactly as described. Negotations went smooth and there wasn't that annoying going 'back and forth'. Almost all negotations were done over the phone which I appreciate due to my work schedule. They sold me the car for a fair price (better than any other dealer) and gave me a fair price for my trade (and I did my research). I also worked with Jim the Finance Manager. He shopped around and even beat the rate my credit union was going to give me. Great experience with David W. and Schaumburg VW. I highly recommend both when buying a car! More
