He showed us several cars and models and we test drove a few cars before we made a decision. He was patient and very knowledgeable of the VW cars and explained all the features of the cars that we test drove. We found this to be most helpful in making an educated decision on which vehicle would be best for our family. He worked with us so that we were able to get a payment that was manageable and we don't believe that we could have got a better deal at any other dealership. If you are big on customer service, as we are, I would strongly recommend PugiVW.
