Eva, thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication regarding the condition of the vehicle. We should have informed you of the side view mirror and back window before your arrival, however our internet sales team works in a separate building and did not have any knowledge of the vehicle's condition being that way when setting your appointment. I am sorry that Devon did not present the vehicle in a better way or give you a warm and friendly Pugi visit. I will reach out to the Volkswagen pre-owned vehicle manager to make sure he speaks with Devon in regards to this situation.
