routine oil change and inspection Did not feel was taken care of in order of appointments. I only came in for a scheduled routine oil change and inspection. Two other customers came in Did not feel was taken care of in order of appointments. I only came in for a scheduled routine oil change and inspection. Two other customers came in after me for similar services and left before my car was even ready. I changed over to Castle for better service, just recently bought a new Forrester from Castle and still have my other Forrester. For many years I have been dealing with IA and felt I was not getting the service as I would expect, hopefully the service at Castle will get better and more efficient. Also my name was misspelled and I told the service man to change it and I see it is still misspelled in this email More

Uncertain if services was really done I went in for an oil change since i received a notice on my email regarding my vehicle being due for an oul change. Carwash was not done, all tires were still dirty which it looked like nobody touched them whoch made me doubt if my oil change was also done or not. More

He handled the tire from there and I came in after they called me at 3:30 on Friday and got it put on. Seemed like mass confusion. More
