Frustrating For the second time they took it upon themselves to do something to my car without asking. Ask to speak to manager and they said he wasn’t there. Was told he would be in the next day and they would have him call me. Haven’t heard a thing. Also when I got home opened glovebox and it fell off after they failed to replace it right after checking cabin filter. More
