Incapable of servicing properly a one-year old Forester That they sold to me, no less. Stripped the threads on the oil plug, had to put in a whole new oil pan. (they did offer me a loaner, but that would've meant driving 20 miles and back again) I have no confidence in their technicians. More

They ordered my new installed in a timely fashion and installed it. Unfortunately during installation someone must have scratched it with their belt. After further wet sanding it mostly came out.
