Best Subaru dealership in the Great Lake area I have owned my 2017 Subaru Outback for almost 2 years and have a hair over 36,000 miles on it. Prior to buying my car from Castle Subaru, I researche I have owned my 2017 Subaru Outback for almost 2 years and have a hair over 36,000 miles on it. Prior to buying my car from Castle Subaru, I researched the vehicle, as i do a lot of highway driving, and went to several Subaru dealerships. Castle Subaru went above and beyond even when I was researching my vehicle. They offered me several test drives of several different Outbacks and even wanted me to drive other Subarus to see if one of those Vehicles would fit my need better. I bought the Outback after checking it out for about 2 months. I do my homework. The service department is second-to-none, the people know you by name on the showroom floor as well as in the service department, and they even wash my vehicle prior to returning it. They explain everything that's being serviced and give me a timeline to make sure my time is not wasted. A better dealership I did not find. I even checked in Illinois, as I live in Indiana, and I'm so happy I purchased from Castle Subaru. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will be shopping at Castle Subaru. More

Always exceptionally treated I came in to have a fog light car replaced along with another light that was out and was told that the light was till under warranty. Way overpriced Oil change of less than 5 quarts and a tire rotation came to 100$. All the local shops are at 60 to 70$ in comparison. And when asking the reps re 600 Oil change of less than 5 quarts and a tire rotation came to 100$. All the local shops are at 60 to 70$ in comparison. And when asking the reps re 6000K changes for sythetic being too frequent they seemed to take offense and started spouting nonsense about other brands that recommend 10K changes using sythetic (ive driven Porsche and Mercedes and 10K for sythetic is the recommendation). Anyways, the rep was making all sorts of claims about speaking daily to mercedes and porsche techs... really. Not coming back. Tried them with buying a car as they are next door and that was a negative experience, and tried them once for service. Fully healed now. More
Great service We first called Subaru Gurley Leep in South Bend where we purchased our car. They said for us to leave it...it would take half a day to look at it. It is a good distance from Westville and we would have to drive it twice! We then called Castle and the service dept said to bring it in and they would look at it. If we needed something, they could order it and we could come back if they didn't have the part. They took our car in immediately and we knew within an hr. what was wrong. They had the replacement part and fixed our car. We will definitely come back to Castle for our Subaru needs!!! More
