I find it hard to understand why my car can not support putting a Sirius radio in it when other Crosstek models of the same year have it already installed. Had I know this when I bought this car I would not have purchased it. I love the car but I am very unhappy that I can only get a few local stations on the radio Subaru provides with the car and I can not change it to something better. I definitely will be considering this when I decide to purchase a new automobile. Subaru may not get my return business. More

I also got a car wash so my visit was a bit longer than usual. Nevertheless, no complaints. Service dept. Is always cordial and curtious. More
Battery changed 24hr turn around. We had to call around 4:00pm to see if our car was done. We were also told that they didn’t have a loner. Really inconvenient 24hr turn around. Honest, friendly. I thought I needed either front or rear brakes, but was told they were ok. I asked them to check the belts and hoses, and again was told they we I thought I needed either front or rear brakes, but was told they were ok. I asked them to check the belts and hoses, and again was told they were fine. Other dealers (from past experience) would of taken advantage of that request. I asked if there was a restaurant within walking distance and was told the nearest one was about a mile and half away. A service rep drove me there and picked me up. Castle's service went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them. William Moore More
