WORST experience yet again with this dealerships service department! Dealt with Sam I’m guessing he’s full name is Samantha! I just bought a car from a few weeks ago & the check engine light is back on for department! Dealt with Sam I’m guessing he’s full name is Samantha! I just bought a car from a few weeks ago & the check engine light is back on for the second time. I set up a time to take it in, they take me to work & after 4hrs I had to call to get an update! Then the dumb girl Sam had the audacity to tell me they cannot see the future to know my car was going to need work, she said and the fact it under warranty and getting fixed for free I shouldn’t complain. I was LIVID!!!! Then this illiterate girl gave the driver to pick me up the wrong address & had me waiting outside in the heat for almost 30 minutes and blew it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. So I had to have my co worker take me up there to get my car & the stupid girl gave me my key and didn’t tell me where my car was so when technically they should pull your car up! The is the absolute WORST place. Then I called her manager and all he could say is they have high customer service scores!! Incompetent! They all are! Then I’ve called for the General Manager, left two messages and he has YET to call me back. These kind of places give u A-1 service when you’re buying one of their raggedy cars but after the purchase everyone is so busy!! I will be back for part two.. There is more!! More
Love Subaru Service Dept. They are ready as soon as I pull my car in no waiting always ontime with appt. Always in and out on my way when dropping off or picking up my car. I love the text messaging during the entire process so if unforeseen problem arises it is dealt with immediately and do not have to reschedule another appt. More

Ted was excellent with follow up throughout. Castle Subaru dealership with Dave Eisin, sales manager and Frank Salinas our salesman are reason we drive out further for service on our vehicle. More
After another service event, I will be going back when necessary. Every time I take my car there for service I wait hours for a call back and end up having to go back to have something redone.
