We were very fortunate to be put into the very capable hands of Jon Turpa. Jon is as knowledgeable as he is friendly and patient. We had several test drives over the course of several weeks, and he was great about locating the Impreza that had the specific features we wanted. We highly recommend him. Castle's also seems to have some really valuable benefits in aftercare (free oil changes AND tire replacements...though there are requirements to be met for these). My one warning would be to look into and discuss the extended warranty options BEFORE you sit down to sign on the dotted line. Otherwise, you'll be faced with making an important decision with very little preparation about whether they are worth it and how they would affect your budget. I would definitely go back again. I was going to compare it to a Honda CRV touring that I drove a few days before. The Outbacks ride is smooth, it is beautiful inside and has lots of extras!
