Customer Service was good, Once David Eisin got involved We went in on a Saturday morning to look at a 2008 Forester that was advertised. We got there at 9:00 am and was told the car was sold the night befor We went in on a Saturday morning to look at a 2008 Forester that was advertised. We got there at 9:00 am and was told the car was sold the night before. They showed us a different car, 2011 Forester, lower mileage at twice the price. Even though the car was for me, my husband wanted to test drive it. He loved it. We ended up buying the 2011 Forester. Nice little car. More

We had researched these cars quite a bit, but his input was helpful and insightful. I believe we were given a very respectful/fair price. The financing experience with Justin was painless and quick without haggle or pressure. All the numbers were spot-on with our negotiated price. Having gone through some challenging car buying experiences, I really couldn't be more pleased. I'll be back for my next car Castle!!! More

Misleading Sales Team I completed the online request to determine the availability of a car listed for sale. Xavier called me from the dealership and we set up a time for I completed the online request to determine the availability of a car listed for sale. Xavier called me from the dealership and we set up a time for my sister to come test drive the car. We she arrived Xavier was not at the dealership and the car was supposedly out being test driven by another customer. (that happens, I understand). They said they car should be back in 15-20 minutes. So my sister waited and the entire time they kept trying to get her to look at other cars than the one she came to see. After 40 minutes and no car she finally left the dealership. Very questionable ethics displayed by the sales team. Needless to say we won't visit or recommend this dealership to friends or family. Sad for them, a lost sale because we will by a car by the end of the week. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience. I had a short window of time after work and I decided just to go see the new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in person at Portage Castle Subaru. I met Brent Sh I had a short window of time after work and I decided just to go see the new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in person at Portage Castle Subaru. I met Brent Sharp and now I'm the owner of a 2018 Limited Subaru Crosstrek. I only went there to see one in person and after a brief conversation with Brent Sharp he was able to beat my expected monthly payment budget. Brent certainly puts the customer first and for being below the legal drinking age he was very professional and courteous.
