Good sales. Finance office old school. Some issues. First off, the sales person was all heart and did an amazing job. To everyone’s benefit I did come in and say I did all my research and looked at ever First off, the sales person was all heart and did an amazing job. To everyone’s benefit I did come in and say I did all my research and looked at everything. I wasn’t lying. I did however miss something. The 2019 outbacks do not have a remote start and a few of the other STARLINK features on ALL of the other 2019 models. Not sales fault but Subaru’s fault. I came home and immediately noticed that. I thought I had mentioned this in our talk but we could have missed it. To his credit he tried hard. They allowed me to exchange it for the cross trek. My second choice. Prior to doing this he did ask,’ Is it just the remote start ? I can get you a great deal?!’ At this point I had been offered the treatment package , various financing options , the whole Pluthera of options for gap / extended warranty etc. each and every time an increase in monthly payment. Ugh. So all I could think of was dollar signs. I said no. Couple days later I get an email from a different Subaru dealer offering it for a dollar add on to buying a new car. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound. If he had said , ‘ if it’s just the remote , I can make it free or a dollar or less ,’ I would have gone for it. Most of the time each option was pushing up my payment 5 bucks a month times 12 x 70 months or more. We got a long awesome. I should have headed the advice of willing to walk out and go somewhere else but I didn’t. He was great. I just think with these new cars you need to pretend the person is laying about all their research ( some do to put on a front to sales ) and go over each and everything in the car. Take a drive. Ask the person about their lifestyle and what they use. Easily would have found this out. Then there is finance. Why are they still stuck in the past with the 80 million options and games. At one point they. Said they added on a couple months to my loans to get me a certain apr. what? I wasn’t asked or told that. The worst thing was not just asking me if I wanted it. That’s okay. Make sure I am informed. It was shaking his head and saying he didn’t get why a price of a can of pop a month made a difference. Well times 12 x 70 months that is thousands I save. I got the email about the remote start from another dealer. Copied them on my response to my dissapoimtment. No response. When I did take the cross trek home the all weather mats were not in there so I had to ask for them luckily I caught that. They were handed to me Instead if Put In. Believe me when I say I realize I was a pain in the butt with the exchange but I think it could have been prevented and I would have an outback with a remote start from the get go with zero dissapintment. I still want one. Oh well. Super friendly as all get out with sales. Super helpful at the start but when things get difficult .. Just need to go over everything up front over and over. It’s a big purchase. * update : I tried to remedy this station a couple times. Only a couple thousand miles in I wanted them to resolve all of the above and none of that happened. I also take back anything I said in regards to helpful sales. I trusted the overall Zealous Andrew that he really did his research and that Harmon Kardon was not available on the 2019 crosstrek AND that my vehicle would have gps/ navigation on it. It doesn’t and they DO have Harmon kardon as an option. I still want to return my vehicle. Get as much money back as possible and go elsewhere. I will gladly erase all of those reviews and pretend this never happened. More

Too much follow up I tried to buy a car here since I like the service dept. but the price was $2300.00 more than I paid for the same car elsewhere. Do they think we don't do research before we come? The service dept. is great but they do so many follow up calls, recommendations of unneeded service, etc. that I may end up going elsewhere. So this place is worth checking out but keep an open mind. More

Great experience overall. Went only planning on browsing to confirm we liked the car but ended up getting a great deal that we couldn't pass it up. Jeff helped us and overall. Jeff helped us and was straight forward and didnt give us the typical salesman spiel, and didnt try to push us in any direction, which I greatly appreciated. No pressure whatsoever! My boyfriend and I have already recommended Castle to a friend in Illinois who is considering a Subaru and will continue to refer them to others in the market for a new car! More
