Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Calls get directed to people who have no idea what your talking about. Managers won’t return calls or voicemails after repeated left messages. Adviso Calls get directed to people who have no idea what your talking about. Managers won’t return calls or voicemails after repeated left messages. Advisors are unhelpful and Unknowledgeable. Unwilling to understand the problem and frustration of what’s wrong with cars. Was told I have to pay to diagnose a problem on my car that was directly related to work that was done on my car from the mechanic there. Mechanics seem to not know much about cars and neglect what the clients say is wrong with vehicle. Mechanics will take apart parts of your car and not put it back together properly then never write it in the service record. Went in three times for the same problem and they couldn’t even fix it. Went in on a separate occasion to get fluids changed, got my car back with no fluids even added.Would highly not recommend anyone going to this dealership. Dishonest and unhelpful. Will leave you with more problems then you started. Everytime I go there it’s a bad experience. More
