Kept my car 3 days to diagnose. Said they fixed horn but wasn’t fixed - I mean just honk it. Mistakes in fixing windshield wipers caused another visit plus parts that took 2 months. Took 12 weeks waiting for a part that actually wasn’t needed on something that could’ve been fixed on day one. Said it was safe to drive with transmission mount failure, but car came to grinding halt and had to be towed in. Horrible at returning calls, providing back order updates, returning texts - I don’t think I would ever receive updates unless I hounded them with unanswered texts and voicemails - still would only get a response if I happened to get them to answer phone. One of my back orders was magically cancelled around the 8 week mark which I found out from a different service rep and had to inform my service rep. Ford warranty service is garbage, plan for weeks in simplest part replacement. Kara was the rep, not the first frustrating rep I’ve had here. Joel took over at the end and was solid and brought things to a good finish. More

I took my 2012 Edge in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an agreement for a free one from the previous one. There was no argument with the agreement but when I was checking out the manager rotation. I had an agreement for a free one from the previous one. There was no argument with the agreement but when I was checking out the manager told me there was a problem with the pan under the engine, it was missing a bolt, was being held up with a wire and would have to be replaced for $300. All the service on my car has been done at CR ford so if there's a blot missing, they must be responsible for it. Who put the wire in its place? I have had the pan checked by another mechanic, who said it was OK. I have felt confident in their service but now am not so sure. More

It was very difficult getting a service manger on the phone to discuss my repair need to schedule an appointment. I left several call messages that were not returned.
