Communication was absolutely terrible. I was told several times over the course of my service that the service team member "would call me right back" after asking the tech a question, and I was told several times over the course of my service that the service team member "would call me right back" after asking the tech a question, and I never got a call. I'd reach back out the next day asking for any update and I'd be given the same exact line, never to be called back. If I ever go back to this dealer for service I'm requesting that person does not get assigned to my service. To top it all off, when my truck was done she told be about this survey I'd be getting, and said "don't blame my performance on my tech's being slow." More
Service writers aren’t the friendliest people. Asked to have the truck moved over to quick lane for an oil change and it was like a burden. Then the oil change never got done. This dealership serviced my 2006 Explorer up through 260,000 miles when a friend of mine insisted I sell it to him because of it's excellent condition. More
