So disappointed! With the sale completed, we now can’t get a single call back! We bought a used vehicle from this dealership over a year ago. They included an “Warranty Forever” with the purchase. Nice of them to do. Well, now we need to make a claim and the warranty company says they have no record of our car on file; as if the dealership dropped the ball with registering the car with the warranty company. I’ve been trying for over a week to get a hold of someone. Called; texted; emailed; left voicemails; and all we get is radio silence; no call backs. Nothing! I had another Ford Dealership reach out to them on our behalf and they got hung up on. Even the Ford Motor Company couldn’t get anyone on the line; and they are the manufacturer! WOW! So be very careful there! They were good during the sale; but then turned their back on us. Hence, very disappointed. More

Steven did a good job. He was very responsive and helpful. The truck is nice and I think I got a pretty good deal. But, the interior was not cleaned well. Steven told me he would connect me with a tint guy, but he never did that. I asked multiple time about it. They we’re supposed to leave the seat covers, but didn’t. Steven knew but didn’t tell me. The finance guys never talked to me and changed the interest rate Steven said they could match. When I complained they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. So, if they have a good car at a descent deal, it’s worth buying. But, you can’t trust the financing department. You can’t trust them to do what they say they’ll do. Don’t expect them to do anything that isn’t in writing. They didn’t even change the oil or fill up the gas tank. That’s pretty cheap for a $30k+ deal. More
