My boyfriend installed fog lights for me and had them tinted pink to match my custom pink stripes and interior. Because they were aftermarket parts, they needed to programmed by a dealership. After calling numerous dealerships to have the lights programmed, Medved offered the absolute best deal. Both my boyfriend and I spoke to Ryan Shaw, a service advisor, who was absolutely amazing. It turned out to be a much lengthier, labor intensive job. Ryan was determined to find the solution to get my fog lights working. I felt he went above and beyond and was very patient with me while he found the solution. I would definitely go back to Medved even though it's about a 40 minute drive from my house! They will be the place I go for all my Cahllenger needs. I was impressed with my whole experience there and would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I wanted a Ram 1500 and since we live in Castle Rock decided to check out Medved. I was injured at work and unfortunately unable to leave the house so the task of truck shopping rested with my wife. My wife worked with Ronnie and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Ronnie did not try to take advantage of my wife (as some men do when women go car shopping) but instead was as helpful as could be. My wife and I were treated respectfully (me over the phone) and the visit for my wife was excellent. After finding the perfect truck the negotiating was as simple as could be. Both my wife and I felt that Ronnie and Medved Ram did everything they could to get us the best deal possible. We purchased the truck and we could not be happier. We both feel as if we got a super fair deal and this is the first time neither of us felt ripped off after purchasing the vehicle.
