I was on my way to another dealership to look at a specific car, I had made th I absolutely HATE the car buying process, the hard sell, and the lies. I was on my way to another dealership to look at a specific car, I had made the appointment the day before. I was informed that the car was sold that morning. On a whim, I stopped at Medved to see if they had a Dodge Challenger, I knew exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a used vehicle. I met Michael F. when I walked in the door. I told him what I was looking for and we just started talking. He, and his sales manager Cameron, we friendly and personable. He showed me a 2017 model, I didn't want knew. I wasn't interested in a lease. They educated me and showed me the numbers, we had a frank conversation about the pros and cons of leasing vs buying; as well as how the leasing option has changed over the last few years. There was no hard sell, no asking to sign on the line that I promise to purchase the car if they met some requirement. I had options. Ultimately, I drove away in my brand new 2017 Dodge Challenger SXT plus. They also gave me more for my trade than any other dealer offered. More

The entire staff at MedVed was very polite and friendly. We had the exact opposite experience two nights before at a Jeep dealership up on Denver. We felt they were cold, unengaged, and not very genuine. It seemed more like a hostile environment compared to the the fun, welcoming environment we experienced at MedVed. After seeing what appeared to be the exact vehicle we were looking for, I started a live chat and had an immediate response, Eric called me a little later and we scheduled an appointment to drive up and see the vehicle. Aaron worked with us and was very honest and helpful. The vehicle had everything we were looking for and more. We made the decision to purchase the vehicle and started the paperwork. Decided on the truck and came back to pick it up the next day only to have the sales mgr (Kamran) take me out to show me they discovered a ding in the drivers door. I said that was unexceptable. He said he would find me another one exactly like it. Well, he found one exactly the same but with a few more options on it. He sold it to me for the same price as the original quote. Then for my inconvenience he gave me an extra $1,000 for my trade in. Michael and Kamran were awesome to work with. They really made the whole "car buying" experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend Medved and the entire team. Two thumbs up! :-) More

The only pressure came from another couple that was looking at it as well. I give Michael full marks for our experience with him, but I have to dock the dealer one star. Michael was kind enough to add a few gallons of gas to the car. It was on empty. However, my experience with other dealers has been that you leave with a full tank of gas. The dealer would have sent us off with an empty tank, if not for Michael! Even so, we had to get gas on the way home. Also their advertised price does not include the dealer fees. I think it is better when the advertised price is the out-the-door price, and the only additional costs are taxes and license fees. The transaction took a long time, due to the finance person being very busy. I assume that they were understaffed that day due to it being the first business day of the year. Michael indicated that it normally doesn't take long. I appreciated him sticking with us for all those hours of waiting. More
