Each time the message came up to have service, we would drop off the jeep and the techs would clear codes, change a part here or there, then send us on our way. We were informed that we should contact Mopar to request a new transmission. Finally about the 7th time of bringing in the jeep, Ryan called to say our wishes had been granted. We were lent a car while our transmission was being replaced as well. Thank you Thank you!! More
