Waste of time! They flat out lied! I absolutely would not recommend this dealer. We communicated through email and then over the phone. We were in contact with Mark and we were interest I absolutely would not recommend this dealer. We communicated through email and then over the phone. We were in contact with Mark and we were interested in one car. Originally they stated they would look into negotiation information the prices of the vehicle down to meet our monthly budget. We specifically told them we did not live close to them so we don’t want to waste time if they are not able to meet the need. They agreed and said go down and they would get the price where we needed. When we got there they immediately started trying to show us other vehicles! The whole experience was terrible! We went with an approval letter feom our financial institution, and we told them not to run our credit . They ran it anyway! They rushed things as fast as they could. Didn’t sit down to have a plan , didn’t even talk about the vehicle before rushing off to run our credit! Terrible ! I will not recommend this place and would not go there again More

Their service department is deplorable and rude Service department here is deplorable. Ordered keys, in person, for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in MARCH! Followed up early June b/c hadn't heard any Service department here is deplorable. Ordered keys, in person, for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in MARCH! Followed up early June b/c hadn't heard anything. Hey - never ordered. Now they would order them for sure. "Brian" said they would take about a week. A week later we call and they are there but missing something (no idea what - sounds like an excuse), follow up on Wednesday as he mentioned it might take a day or 2 for the part to come in. Wednesday call and was rudely told to schedule an appointment with the service desk. Transferred to service desk and hey, guess what, voicemail is full and no one answered. Called back next day and got appointment for Monday at 10:00 am. At 11:30 am, am told they ordered the wrong keys and they won't be in until 2 pm. But car is already unprogrammed so had to cancel appointments, change work schedule. Get a call at 3:30 pm the car is ready. $554 later (TOTALLY RIPPED OFF), and NO APOLOGY. I was not happy and everyone should know this is pretty typical of MedVed. Once you buy, you're of no more value to them as a customer. More

This last leased we practically did all the paperwork very quick and had it ready for us when we went to pick up. Great service! More
