If I could give you negative stars, believe me I would. I have been waiting since 12/22 for a loner vehicle, which I was told would be provided to me by the extended warranty I was conned into purchasing. My Jeep has needed repairs since at least November of last year, however because I can not get a loner vehicle, I've had to wait since last December, continually rescheduling the appointment. I have told anybody that hears my voice yo NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from your dealership. I have even left messages, both on the phone and written ones taped to the manager's computer, with NO return call EVER!! How can a dealership ONLY care when they are selling the vehicle however don't give a xxxx about the customers after they are signed!! This has not only happened to me but others that I have direct knowledge of. The,service department is by far the WORST service department I have EVER encountered. Almost every time I need to get something done, I have to file a complaint with Jeep and go that route to accomplish anything!! More
