Bought a 1 YO Wrangler from them. I took the car back 3 times because I could smell coolant, plus it overheated one time for about 20 seconds. They had the car for about 40-42 days ov I took the car back 3 times because I could smell coolant, plus it overheated one time for about 20 seconds. They had the car for about 40-42 days over the 3 returns, and they replaced the entire engine under warranty. That was great, and the car runs great (2.0 Liter). My reason for the 3 Stars is the lack of communication from anybody at the store, for most of the time the car was in the shop. That was very frustrating, especially since they had the car for so long, 1st was 2 days, 2nd time was 4 days and the 3rd was over 1 month! Anyway, after going into the dealership, several times, and speaking with Mark, the used car manager, and Mike, the service manager, I started to get very timely updates. If Mike said he would call, he did. If, from the beginning, I had the communication that Mark & Mike offered , I would have given the store 5 Stars. Knowing what I know now, would I still use them? Yes, I would. I do not think the poor communication I experienced is typical of the store. More
