We live in Castle Rock and had never purchased any of our previous vehicles through Medved Castle Rock. We were met with a very friendly atmosphere right off the back as one of the sales men noticed us drooling over the vehicle we were interested in. I bluntly stated we were just "Browsing" to possibly stave off any of the dreaded schemes to get you inside. Joshua Jeffries (salesman) politely asked for my information so he could send me additional information on that particular vehicle i.e incentives and trim specs which really was followed through that evening. After a couple phone calls between us we arranged for a test drive. When we return a few days later in the evening time on a Saturday, Joshua was very patient and most helpful in showing the vehicle in all trim models as well as the other manufacturers who make the same vehicle. This made the process of buying no longer a burden but exciting. Never did I get the feeling of being pressured to just buy but a open attitude of actually trying to help in our needs not his. We ended up with the exact vehicle we wanted in color and trim without pulling any additional hair that comes with a new vehicle purchase. Joshua stayed extra late,2-3 hrs, even after closing to insure all of our expectations were met. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the features that we wanted (or didn't need) and really listened to us. He matched us with the perfect vehicle and hit all of our must haves and all of our "it would be nice but not necessary" items on our list. Paul is great at communicating and being patient as we figured out mundane details like the interior color. Instead of pushing us to take what was on their lot, he found the perfect interior/exterior combo for us.
