Plan to spend at 4 hours in the dealership! I spent 2 hours one day looking and test driving the vehicle I wanted to buy. A few days later I called the salesmen and committed to the purchase. Telling the salesmen I needed to spent as little time as possible doing the paperwork the day I would pickup the vehicle, due to owning businesses and needed to go back to work . The salesmen emailed me a credit application which I filled out and faxed back immediatley along with other papers that were needed. The day we drove all the way down to Castle Rock to pick up our vehicle we first filled out financial papers which was a big problem because of the $500 credit for being a veteran. After 2 hours i ask the salesmen if the vehicle was washed and ready to go. He went back and checked on the vehicle and found out no one has even started to clean the vehicle! The next big issue was waiting for the financial lady to show up to do the paperwork. Once we got into her office she wanted to sell us a maintainence program for thousnads of dollar and was being very pushy about it! The biggest issue of all was the interest rate on the loan. The first day i went to look at the vehicle i talked to the manager about the interest rate. He said it should be a little under 3% with good credit rating, less with great credit. If you put the loan in a corporation, which i did, it should be a little higher about 1/2%. The interest on the loan ended up being 4.2%. My credit rating is not just good, it's great!! When i asked at closing about the interest rate the loan officer never even looked at me. We spent 4 1/2 hours at the dealership not including the 2 hours i spent the first day. The one good thing that happened was our salesmen, Paul Lowery!!!. He was the most knowledgable salesperson i have ever dealt with. If you must buy a vehicle from Medved, buy it from Paul Lowery...you won't be sorry. I will never drive out of my way again to buy a new vehicle from this dealership! More

He was also able to get the managers to see what they could do to get us into the vehicle we wanted without us breaking the bank. On top of that, it was snowing hard all day and we forgot to bring out checkbook, but Mason was willing to follow us home and get the down payment so that we didn't have to drive home and back in the snow. For approximately the last four years we have exclusively dealt with Doug Greer since he is primarily on the Cadillac side of Medved operations. Doug has always worked with us to arrange timely service and repairs to both vehicles. He has always called in advance if the cost to perform unexpected work was required and provided an estimated cost to see if we wanted the work performed. We had one instance when an elderly aunt was having problems with her Ford Expedition and Doug worked for us to solve the problem which meant replacing the fuel pump. In our dealings with Doug we have always been treated with respect, honesty, and willingness to solve problems in a timely and cost effective manner. Doug represents excellence in a business devoted to serving customer needs; a business that has been elsewhere portrayed as untrustworthy.
