The dealer's scheduling system is clumsy at best. The scheduled time is only a time for checking in your vehicle and has no connection to when they expect to start work on your car. That created problems for me as I was told they wouldn't be able to start work on my car for two days when I checked in, with the weekend in between those days. So they wouldn't actually look at the car for four days!? However, once we got past that crazy system, they did an excellent job on the repair. They did their best to overdeliver on the service and I was very pleased with their work. More

Dealer failed to inform me of issues with 6. 2 engine for both my 2022 and 2024 Denali. The 2022 engine failed at 90k miles. Big financial loss.
