I scheduled an appointment. I would expect an oil change appointment to be treated as an actual time to drop the car off and get it immediately worked on. It feels like appointments are treated as suggestions to the staff. I don't know why you would be 30 minutes behind on oil changes. Also, my biggest complaint is that I had to go find someone to check my vehicle in. When I use Bozarth for my truck they basically open my truck door for me. I should never have to find a service advisor. Then when I did find a service advisor he looked completely annoyed that I was making him do his job and stop is gossip session with a sales person. I understand it's Saturday, but your still running a business and working. I do have to say the service department has always been helpful, but I always feel like the service advisors treat the customer as an inconvenience instead of the reason they have a job. More
