Our GMC truck (diesel) had a hose go bad (coolant surge tank to radiator). Service employee Ella & Service Advisor Greg were able to fit us in the first thing the next morning. They explained the dealership’s free shuttle service into town, in case the repair took all day. It was done in 2 hours. For the past 3.5 years we have been traveling the U.S. full time, pulling a travel trailer with our GMC 2500 Sierra (diesel). We’ve been to several dealerships over the years. We were COMPLETELY satisfied & impressed with Castle and the staff members we dealt with. More

Service at the dealership has become very impersonal. Texting when additional service needs to be done when the service representative is sitting less than 20 feet away is not customer-friendly service. I have been a customer for over 25 years - I've bought all of my vehicles at this dealership and had them all serviced here.
