I am really frustrated with the situation. I originally took my vehicle to Castle Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in January 2024 because my heat was not working effectively, and they charged me $180 I originally took my vehicle to Castle Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in January 2024 because my heat was not working effectively, and they charged me $180 for a diagnosis, only to tell me nothing was wrong. Fast forward a year later, during winter, I contacted them again because my heat was still inadequate. They finally said I needed a new heater core. I scheduled the replacement for the following week since I was going on vacation for two weeks, and they were busy at the time. When I returned, I called to check on the repair, only to find out they hadn't even started on my truck. I was furious! They gave me a loaner vehicle, and two days later, they finally got my vehicle done. However, right after picking it up, I noticed a coolant smell, even though I couldn’t see a leak anywhere. About a month later, the smell got worse, and when I popped the hood, I saw coolant leaking from the hose where it connects to the heater core. I contacted Castle again and made another appointment. When I arrived, the service manager, Jason, was immediately dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. After having my truck for four hours, they claimed the hose was leaking at the heater core and still denied responsibility, expecting me to pay for the repair. They used a pair of vice grips pliers to disconnect the hose from the heater core and damaged it refuse to do the right thing. Not honest people nor do they stand by the work. Buyer beware!! More
