Great experience when buying my jeep at Castle dodge, keep, ram! The staff members there were outstanding, I had a few little hiccups on my end, and they were more than willing to use their available tim keep, ram! Whole process was very simple. Erica and Tony were both great to deal with. I live an hour and a half away so the deal was mostly done over the phone. They made a $2000 error writing up the sales contract that we DID not catch. (The deal we agreed upon was $2000 less than what was written on the contract.) Also. Sales manager said if we would bring that we DID not catch. (The deal we agreed upon was $2000 less than what was written on the contract.) Also. Sales manager said if we would bring the car back to them for services, he would make sure we would have a free loaner. We brought it back today for service and had asked for loaner when making appointment- but got here and we were told they didn’t have one available. If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder there is never anyone here. It is a horrible dealership! More
