Juan has to be one of the most polite honest, professional, and friendliest salesman I have ever met. The whole team at Castle, from Juan to the GM (Mark Fentress) the Sales Managers and Finance managers made it a GREAT buying experience. I did not feel pressured into making any on the spot decisions to buy. I could not be any happier with my decision to purchase from Juan Torres at Castle. Castle has a great dealership with a lot of different options to choose from. I got to meet with the people in the service department as well, what an outstanding group of people.
