My salesperson Josh was the main reason I bought this vehicle. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to forcibly sell any extras to me and was quite honest. He even had the vehicle delivered to me at no charge over 25 miles away. I did however notice when it was delivered that there were no floor mats in the Jeep. I think I should receive a full set at no cost. Overall it was a pleasant experience! More

Service was great were great no complaints there, staff was also great. But i left there a bit confused about a dealer warranty? If the trans fluid is guaranteed for the life of vehicle and needs a trans f was also great. But i left there a bit confused about a dealer warranty? If the trans fluid is guaranteed for the life of vehicle and needs a trans fluid change and flush, why would that be on me? And not do this to prevent it having future problems under the warranty?
