I’ve long despised this dealership for the rudeness and just an overall lack of professionalism from its employees. To the point that I told myself I would not buy another CJDR just so I dint have to deal just an overall lack of professionalism from its employees. To the point that I told myself I would not buy another CJDR just so I dint have to deal with servicing the car there. But under new ownership everything is different — in a good way! Employees are attentive, professional. It’s a completely different experience and one I’m happy to say I’ll repeat. More
I was very happy with Mike the service representative, but there are two things I am not happy with. One is the the 3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. This is very excessive. The second item but there are two things I am not happy with. One is the the 3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. This is very excessive. The second item bothers me more. I asked for the inspection sheet which could not be printed and was emailed. I was not allowed to view it. My wife has called several times and we still have not received it. We also applied for authorization which would allow us to view the inspection reports. No response to this. We have been taking our Compass to you for service since we purchased it 2018 and I would expect better customer service than we are getting. Regards, Ray Bambule More

You changed my oil on Saturday and didn’t tighten the drain plug. Wife sent me a text there was an oil spot on the drive. I just crawled under it a hand tightened the plug. I guess I will put a wrench on drain plug. Wife sent me a text there was an oil spot on the drive. I just crawled under it a hand tightened the plug. This dealership committed fraud against me, and the tech stole part off my Jeep. They lied about installing a Mopar part in my Jeep, and I verified that they installed a Dorman aftermarket part. After I th stole part off my Jeep. They lied about installing a Mopar part in my Jeep, and I verified that they installed a Dorman aftermarket part. After I their fradulent "repair", I noticied they stole my mudguards off the front. The 1st day I drove my Jeep after the repair, the same engine light came on, showing the EGR Valve code. That's when I looked to verify if they actually installed a new Mopar EGR Valve. They didn't think a woman would look under her hood to verify the fraud. The Service Director Mario Ginnese claimed that he did not know what "Dorman" was, and that he'd "never heard of Dorman." When I told him that I looked under the hood and verified the part, even taking a photograph of the Dorman logo, he changed his story and responded with a simlar statement to, "Due to the part being on back order, we had to install an aftermarket part, and we asked permission first from you, and received your permission to do so." Ginnese's statement sounded like he was reading from a "script", which led me to believe that it's a general and routine statement they use for all their Victims. They even added an extra charge when their service advisor Nick Aggelopoulos, came to tell me that their tech "Nate" "noticed" a heat shield that as chipped on the edge. He said it would have to be replaced. The shield was not near or related to my EGR Valve that I was having replaced. That's when I noticed that my mud guards had be removed from my Jeep's front inside wheel-wells. Not only did they have no reason to remove the guards, they stole them. Everybody knows that the EGR Valve sits up on top, in the back, and is nowhere near the wheels. This is a common problem with the Jeep dealerships in Illinois. They routinely steal parts off my Jeep. When Nick was telling me not to every buy any car from Castle Jeep or Castle dealerships, he told me also to not pay attention to the "woman's bad Google Reviews" against their dealership. Nick said, "She's just this crazy lady, but nothing she says is true. She keeps making bad reviews against us." I also gave Nick a valid, unexpired couple from their website for $90 off or $100 off service. He said, "I think I can do a little better than this." I told him to still apply my coupon. My total was $846.14, including the fraudulent charges. Nick neither applied my coupon or any discount, and he also kept the printed out paper with the valid coupon. As a result of the fraud and theft, I have filed complaints, and attached my documentation, including tape-recordings with the appropriate Federal and State law enforcement agencies as well as the Illinois Attorney General's Office. I have also forwarded the same information to new journalists, including the tape-recordings and video(s) taken inside their dealership. If I ever take my Jeep to a dealership, I will most certain record every word. I have had 3 small, permanent cameras installed in my Jeep, including underneath the hood. An auto technician suggested it and installed them free of cost, since they went through a similar problem. I just paid for the tiny cameras which also record audio. This dealership does not deserve the "required" 1 star. More
