Went in for an oil change. Was told it will take 45 mins. An hour and 50 mins later I left. Zero communication for the longer wait time. Joe was awesome!!! He explained everything which was wrong with my Dodge and explained what was the best options for me while saving money. I highly recommend him for anyone.
