Set an appointment for oil change. Show up a few min early. Talk to a gentleman asking approximately how long it will take. An hour or two. I’m now getting upset as every single person that was waiting before me and that came in after me has been taking care of and is gone. By the time I track the service member down he says “oh you Jeep was done a long time ago, we just misplaced your keys”. As he says it another service person says we have a set of keys here (which we’re mine). Second bad event, service we have had at Naperville Jeep. We will not go back! Service manager couldn’t care less. More

Called to check the wait time for the Oil change and I was told 90 mins wait time. When arrived, someone who seemed to be a customer services agent who had no name tag and no uniform was quick and abrupt was told 90 mins wait time. When arrived, someone who seemed to be a customer services agent who had no name tag and no uniform was quick and abrupt to tell me that they cannot do any oil service even if I had an appointment. Did not care if I called in and almost looked annoyed that I was there for oil service. The customer service in the Services department has been constantly decreasing in the quality due to high turn over in staff. After 10 years of being their loyal customer, won't be taking any business to this dealership again. More

Strike 3! My most recent visit was the last straw. I made an appointment on-line for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on-time and was whisked away to the waiting room. 2 1/2 hours later I asked Patrick to check on my vehicle. He had trouble locating it in the computer, then trouble locating my vehicle, then finally admitted that the work was never done because there was a problem with the printer. He was (at least) the third service advisor that I've has trouble with in the last 18 months--always the same excuses; COVID, staffing problems, "they brought me in to clean up the mess", etc. Maybe they do such high volume that they don't care about their customers. Maybe if the compensated their employees better, they could retain some of them--afterall every car on the floor was marked up an additional $5K-$10K. Absolutely no sense of leadership or urgency with anyone I saw there in my 3 hour wait. The previous experiences involved them leaving my dashboard half put together and extra parts in the cupholder, and "forgetting" to rotate the tires, but not forgetting to charge me for it. I asked to speak with the Service Manager but he was "in a meeting" and never bothered to call me back. I'll take my hard-earned money elsewhere! More
We have bought 2 cars at this dealer, the first one 11 years ago. All of the service on both Jeeps has been performed at this dealership. Yesterday was the last straw. Their Service Department consistently provides horrific customer service. The service advisors display no listening or communication skills. We will NEVER have our cars serviced there again and we will never buy another car from this dealership. Neither should anyone else. More
