Somewhat disappointed. As of right now the air bag light is not coming on. As far as the service is concerned , I am sure he is a good mechanic but when I received the car As of right now the air bag light is not coming on. As far as the service is concerned , I am sure he is a good mechanic but when I received the car back it was never washed as promised, The driver seat had oil on it,. so I had to go back in & get someone to clean it off.. As i was leaving the dealership lot I checked to make sure that the oil indicator was reset to 100 % & it was not, so I had to return again to have it reset. If I didn't check it there I would had to have come back at another time. I am not blaming the mechanic but some one gouged my front RIM pretty bad on the passenger side and I am not real happy about it now. At this point I am almost afraid to bring it back again. More
A lot of wasted time I had been having tire pressure issues for about 2 weeks. When I initially made an appointment to have my tires looked at all they did was put more ai I had been having tire pressure issues for about 2 weeks. When I initially made an appointment to have my tires looked at all they did was put more air in my tires (after already coming in twice for air). I took my car to Pep Boys where they found 2 nails in one of my tires, which was replaced. My tire pressure light came back on a few days letter and I took my car to Castle where more air was going to be put in my tires but I requested that someone look at my tires because I had already been in about 5 times for air and the light continued to come on. Marlex found a nail in my left front tire and I let him know that I had a 10:30 am appointment for servicing. My car was taken back to have my tire patched and it took over an hour and a half even though I made an appointment. More
