You can always find a dealer who will give you a good price but you don't go back if the service department is poor. More
This visit was because the air pressure was low in my tire. You would think, why bother these busy people, just fill the tire yourself. I had done that several times before. Lourdes was a great Customer Service Man, he didn't make me fell like I was bothering him with such a small thing like checking the tire. He made me welcome, was kind and considerate. He made me feel special and took the time to look at the tire to see what the problem was and what was causing it. Jason is usually my service man, He is a GREAT Customer Service Man. I didn't think I would be going to the dealership for the little things, but your service team is wonderful and reminded me, it is the little things that can cause big problems later if not checked properly. I have only delt with them to get my fleet vehicle serviced but they have done a great job. Everytime one of our vehicles goes in for repair the work is done quicky and we have less downtime. As far as I know none of our equipment has gone back to them for the same problem. One of the little things I noticed is that when I get my vehicle back there aren't little parts left over rolling around the floor or tools in the engine compartment and yes this has happened at other dealerships. When the time comes for me to replace my personal car I'll keep them in mind. More
To make a long story short, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had to keep taking it in for the same issue, over 6 times within a month. Our right back tire was low and although t vehicle from this dealership and had to keep taking it in for the same issue, over 6 times within a month. Our right back tire was low and although the dealership swore they filled it up, patched it and "replaced" it, it kept going flat. Not only that, but the first time they "replaced" the tire, they either neglected to put the hub cap on correctly, or neglected to put it on at all! The fifth time we took the car in to fix the same right back tire (for the fifth time!) they charged us $25, stating it was a rode issue. When it was low the very next day and we took it back, they charged us $95 for a new tire. Next time we are going to WalMart to replace/fix a low tire and we will never shop here again, nor refer any of our friends here. More

While I was there I looked at a vehicle that I had seen on your web-site, a used Mazda Protege that I thought would make a good car for my teenagers. I had purchased my Traverse from John Porter but he was busy working with another customer so Rosa asked if I needed help, John willingly obliged that I work with Rosa as he didn't want to make me wait nor short-change the customer he was with at the time. Rosa took care of helping me with the Mazda, giving me ample opportunity to test drive the vehicle and answering my questions. The timing worked out very well with the sales process being completed about the same time as the service and James and Rosa worked together to help me get all of the paperwork taken care of and me on my way. More
