My recent experience with Castle Chevrolet Service Department went well beyond my expectations. I recently purchased a new Chevy Volt, and shortly thereafter had a check-engine light come on. Not having a great deal of time, OnStar contacted the dealership and arranged the appointment. I informed Jim Nowak, the Service Advisor, that I was somewhat pressed for time, and when the diagnostic took longer than expected, he put me in a loaner car and had me on my way. When I returned, he assured me that all was well with the car, that a part needed to be replaced that was faulty, and my vehicle was waiting for me outside, washed and ready to go. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and an overall very pleasant experience. I would refer anyone to Jim and Castle Chevrolet Service Department. Thanks, Jim! More

This was the first time I had been to Castle. I was pretty familiar with Ogden Chevy, but they have closed. I stopped in for an oil change on a Corvette and they were able to take me right away and ev pretty familiar with Ogden Chevy, but they have closed. My car is a 2003 Eacalade and is approaching 215,000 miles. Thru the excellent care and service that I get from Jeff at castle I feel like I can drive my car another 100K without any worries. Every single time I have had an issue with my 2 vehicles purchased from Castle, I just take it in and see Jason. I don't take my 04 Envoy or 09 Avalanche anywhere but the dealer for any type of service inc purchased from Castle, I just take it in and see Jason. We live in Michigan and my son resides in Chicago where he goes to school. We had a water pump failure on his Monte Carlo. They had great hours, a very friendly and impressive service call and follow up system. Jim from Service was assigned the account. He was courteous, informative and offered atlternative solutions. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and when I drove to Chicago to get the car at the dealership I was very impressed with the location Needless to say I would recommend it to anyone.
