Katie Hannon is the goto Service Consultant. Having service preformed can be a stressful experience with all the unknown elements. Katie make the service experience tolerable if not pleasurable. She is polite, fast and accurate. She explains everything and answers questions without consulting others. I actually wait for her because I know she will move me thru the process smooth and fast. Very Rude Ignorant General Manager I had the mis pleasure of being treated like a "King" by Castles GM Robert Politza today. I waited for over 12 hours for a return call. I inquired why I had the mis pleasure of being treated like a "King" by Castles GM Robert Politza today. I waited for over 12 hours for a return call. I inquired why it takes 10 days to get an appointment for my "free" oil change. Bob told me that they are too busy doing Recall work and if I didn't like it and I quote, "There is Jiffy Lube". When I asked if Castle Chevy would reimburse me since they could not fulfill their end of agreement in a timely manner, Bob (who according to his own words) treats everyone like a "King", Hung up on me! Jim went above and beyond to cover a warranty item on my 2008 Saturn Outlook. He reassured me everything would be taken care of and provided me with a loaner vehicle for a week. We purchased a pre-owned Impala with leather heated seats, remote start, premuim wheels, etc. It was a great value. Cars at other dealers did not have the extras, but the prices were higher. My recent experience with Castle Chevrolet Service Department went well beyond my expectations. I recently purchased a new Chevy Volt, and shortly thereafter had a check-engine light come on. Not having a great deal of time, OnStar contacted the dealership and arranged the appointment. I informed Jim Nowak, the Service Advisor, that I was somewhat pressed for time, and when the diagnostic took longer than expected, he put me in a loaner car and had me on my way. When I returned, he assured me that all was well with the car, that a part needed to be replaced that was faulty, and my vehicle was waiting for me outside, washed and ready to go. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and an overall very pleasant experience. I would refer anyone to Jim and Castle Chevrolet Service Department. Thanks, Jim! More
