Help Beyond My Expectations I want to take the time to express my gratitude to Dana Dangles. I came into the service department frustrated beyond belief. Kelly told me that I sho I want to take the time to express my gratitude to Dana Dangles. I came into the service department frustrated beyond belief. Kelly told me that I should talk to Dana that if anyone could help me she could without being misleading. Not only did she spend almost 3 hours with me discussing the issues I was having she came into the dealership on her day off. That is exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond anything I would have thought. I am forever grateful for her help and knowledge and her compassion she has for Castle customers. Thank you Dana Dangles. I also want to personally thank the service department manager Steve Uginchus not only is he very knowledgeable he is very thorough with explaining answers to your automotive questions. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I feel comfortable leaving my car in his service department knowing all my issues will be addressed. Id also like to thank the General Manager Patrick Wells for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and i can now put my mind at ease a bit. Service and Maintenance I had gone to Castle 3yrs ago and had a very bad experience with the service department. Dana Dangles saw the review and I given the Castle and called me, after venting my frustration Dana asked me to come back in. Dana got me into a new vehicle with discounts and great rates, whenever I go in to have services done Dana always make sure the services I have are necessary and if I was happy with the service. If it weren't for Dana I would have services rendered closer to home at the Homewood Chevy Dealership, Dana you are fantastic, I look forward to seeing and chatting with you every time I come in...Thank you More
Excellent when unexpected repair was needed My 2012 Buick Enclave lost power steering all of a sudden and was leaking fluid everywhere. Of course we had things we needed to do with the car and My 2012 Buick Enclave lost power steering all of a sudden and was leaking fluid everywhere. Of course we had things we needed to do with the car and now its out of service. Steve at Castle was outstanding fitting me in, and getting everything taken care of as easy as possible. Car was less than a year out of warranty but they managed to work with GM and get some help. Thanks Steve! More

Recently I had a problem and I worked with Hillary on my problem and she was incredibly helpful. It was wonderful to work with someone who knows so much about cars. Customer Service I purchased my car from Hodgkins Chevy. I came to Castle for an oil change last year and Hillary helped me out alot. She took very good care of me. Sh I purchased my car from Hodgkins Chevy. I came to Castle for an oil change last year and Hillary helped me out alot. She took very good care of me. She also told me that my Onstar was not working, that I knew nothing about. She had one of guys look at it and fix it for me. She is a very friendly person and I would definitely do business with her again. She knows her stuff about cars. I would definitely recommend other people to come see her. More

But the service department has gone above and beyond for me, specifically Hillary Stark. From the moment I bought my car, Hillary has been the friendly face going out of her way to attend to every maintenance check and service repair on my car. I cannot say enough positive things about Hillary; she is supportive, understanding, outgoing, and extremely helpful. My interactions with her feel more like two friends catching up than a customer-employee relationship. She really cares about giving me the best possible service, and she is the only person I ask for when I need my car serviced. Hillary is an exceptional employee and great at what she does- Castle Chevrolet is lucky to have a hard-working asset like her. More
