Recently I purchased a 2010 Camaro from Castle Chevrolet located in Villa Park, IL. My experience there comprised of excellent customer service and professional salesmanship. Throughout my search for a new Camaro, I encountered various salesmen and sales managers at other dealerships that were unknowledgeable, pushy, unprofessional, and frankly were unfriendly individuals to work with. However, when I encountered the staff at Castle Chevy, each individual was very professional, pleasant to work with, motivated, and knowledgeable. Moreover, everyone appeared very compassionate when speaking about their services, and the Chevrolet Brand. Therefore, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Truly their level of professionalism and value to illustrate to a customer that they are more than just another sale, is unmatched by any other dealership I have encountered within the automotive industry. I had an overall good experience with the dealership. I started off my buy over the internet. I don't think that the car was described as well as it should have been on the internet and I drove two and a started off my buy over the internet. I don't think that the car was described as well as it should have been on the internet and I drove two and a half hours to go pick it up. There was considerable body damage on the car and I am going to have to have that fixed. I think they gave me a fair amount on trade for my car but they should have been more willing to come down in price on the new one. I have not got an estimate yet but am sure it won't be cheap. I didn't notice all of the damage until after the deal was done, of course. More

I'm very satisfied with my new Aveo. Everyone was very friendly. Ivan did a good job selling me a car. The other people were very nice also. Since I'm 65 I really doubt I will be buying another car. Over the years I have purchased a few cars & it took forever in the dealerships. I never understood why buying a car takes so long.
