Brought in my 2007 Malibu Maxx for a vibration noise coming from the dashboard area. It happens over 45 miles per hour. Told her to have mechanic drive it to hear the noise. Mechanic drove it, heard the noise, checked everything he could and said everything was tight nothing loose to be making the noise. I went on the internet and found a quick fix. Joy made sure that this quick fix got taken care of and guess what the noise is gone. But that's how she is, she always works to solve the problem. My husband had an oil consumption problem with his 2005 Silverado, she told him to come in every so many 1000 miles and we'll keep track of it and after a long process they finally found the problem. She doesn't want you to keep coming back for the same problem, she really works to find a solution. More

He has serviced my car multiple times and he has always been honest and accurate in his assesments and this is very important to me. He takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car and he explains it in a non technical way so that I thoroughly understand it. I am very pleased with his service as my car has always been repaired quickly and at a reasonable\honest price. In my opinion, Castle runs a great service department.
