One of my better car buying experiences. Was simple and straight forward on price and for my trade in. We treated great as soon as I walked in the door. Talked to the Sales Manager, Pete, first and he was 100% honest about everything and truly wanted me to get the best deal. Like any dealership they start off with high numbers in interest, but if you do your research about rates your good to go. To end it I talked to the finance Director, Edwin,and he was very informative and made everything easy. I'd DEFINITELY recommend them! More

The service at Castle is professional. The service assistant to contact is Jason Buis. He is knowledgeable himself and he shepherds your car through the process. I always used to hate going to deale assistant to contact is Jason Buis. He is knowledgeable himself and he shepherds your car through the process. I always used to hate going to dealership service departments because the service department representatives were "cold" impersonal functionaries, who didnt' really care about your problem but just saw the customer as a wallet to pick rather than a car to fix. I gladly go to the Castle dealership. Call Castle and ask for Jason in the service department. More
Jason and Leon in the Service Department are very friendly, efficient, and informed. They are very quick to check you in and get back to you when necessary. You never feel like you are getting the friendly, efficient, and informed. They are very quick to check you in and get back to you when necessary. You never feel like you are getting the "run around" like at other dealerships. They give it to you straight. Rory is an outstanding mechanic in the service department at Castle. He goes through all of the checkpoints stated and makes sure everything is up to par. The communication between Rory and Jason and Leon is fantastic. If Rory finds something out of the ordinary or needing attention, he lets Jason or Leon know and they are very quick to call you and see if you want to go ahead with the extra work. I would never bring my car to another dealership for service. The service I receive at Castle far exceeds the service I've received at all the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past combined. Castle's service hours and accomodations make this the place to bring your car. If any of these three guys were to leave, I'd think differently about bringing my car here. More

This was the best and easiest purchase I ever made. Ivan took care of every question I and my wife had regarding the operation maintenance, warranty (etc..) of the vehicle. I drove 180 miles to purchase a vehicle that I had found online. When we got there to test drive it the vehicle was filthy and the service engine light was alarming...they were not going to do anything abou online. After hours of negotiating they would not service the vehicle but did agree to extend the warranty so that I could take care of it on my own. The problems with the dealership came weeks after the purchase when the payoff was not sent to my bank. I was lied to twice and was told the check was cut and that it had been sent overnite to my bank...this never happened. Every time I called to talk with someone I was put through to 4-5 people before anyone would deal with it. The last time I talked with Maria in the office she said she had sent the check fedex on a Friday and in fact Fedex was not contacted until Monday afternoon, after I had called AGAIN.It was embarrassing for me and my bank to be lied to by Edmund and Maria and for my payoff to not be sent out for 3 weeks after the original purchase. Not satisfied, not worth the drive, not impressed, Never Again! More
