Actually, because Dave Eisin was such a pleasure to do business with, we purchased two new vehicles in one day. It was so nice to not walk into a dealership and feel uncomfortable. Dave spent so much time with us, including letting us test drive nearly a half dozen vehicles. He spent nearly five hours with us taking time to go over everything within each vehicle. And it doesn't end there, Brian, the Service Department Manager, has done everything to accommodate our schedules with the service to our vehicles. He ensures every time one of our vehicles is in that we are completely satisfied. This, on top of extended service hours, helps us immensely with our fluctuating schedules. No doubt that we are extremely satisfied with the attention we have received from the staff if Castle Buick GMC. More

I brought my 2009 Traverse, that I purchased from Castle in for service and dealt with James Melone. Very good customer service, attentive and James got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. While I was there I looked at a vehicle that I had seen on your web-site, a used Mazda Protege that I thought would make a good car for my teenagers. I had purchased my Traverse from John Porter but he was busy working with another customer so Rosa asked if I needed help, John willingly obliged that I work with Rosa as he didn't want to make me wait nor short-change the customer he was with at the time. Rosa took care of helping me with the Mazda, giving me ample opportunity to test drive the vehicle and answering my questions. The timing worked out very well with the sales process being completed about the same time as the service and James and Rosa worked together to help me get all of the paperwork taken care of and me on my way. I have been helping my son buy his first car (pre-owned) for the past 2 months. He did lots of research on the internet, we discussed what he found and his ideas. We made a lot of phone calls and visited several "possible buys". He had a good idea of what he wanted and I guided him on finding a "quality used car". He had to work within a budget. Finding "what you like", "great quality", "at a very good price".....it's kind of like looking for a needle in a haystack. WE FOUND THE NEEDLE! My son got a great looking car which is in outstanding shape. The outside is almost flawless and the interior is unbelieveably clean. Lifted the hood, crawled under the car with a flashlight...no drips, no leaks, clean and dry. Drove it around, excellent quality. Not only that, but it was within the budget that my son and I had discussed, AND actually, about $1,500-$2,000 less than I thought it would take to buy that kind of quality. Nice looking. Best quality. Best Price. We had been actively looking for over 2 months. One other topic...the people at Castle Chevrolet. From start to finish, I worked with 3 gentlemen, all outstanding! Dave Calvillo started it off with our phone conversation. Friendly, straight forward, honest; he answered everything I wanted to know and explained the options he could give me reagarding the vehicle we called about. He called while I was driving there(we live 180 miles away)and and asked how my trip was going and asked if I needed assistance finding the dealership; no one else has ever done that. When I got there, Dave introduced me to Daniel Brasil, the sales consultant who would work with me. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, composed, easy to talk to, interested in more that just the sale, found the answer if he didn't know, considerate. Nice person, very nice! Daniel helped me get the car bought, then made a smooth transition to Edwin Mateo, who made the final paperwork process a breeze. Ed explained some things I wasn't aware of and made himself completely available if I had any questions on finace or warranty options. I shook everyone's hands, walked outside and thought to myself...What a Class Operation! My son is happy, my wife is happy, that makes me very, very happy! Thanks Castle!! More
