To make a long story short, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had to keep taking it in for the same issue, over 6 times within a month. Our right back tire was low and although t vehicle from this dealership and had to keep taking it in for the same issue, over 6 times within a month. Our right back tire was low and although the dealership swore they filled it up, patched it and "replaced" it, it kept going flat. Not only that, but the first time they "replaced" the tire, they either neglected to put the hub cap on correctly, or neglected to put it on at all! The fifth time we took the car in to fix the same right back tire (for the fifth time!) they charged us $25, stating it was a rode issue. When it was low the very next day and we took it back, they charged us $95 for a new tire. Next time we are going to WalMart to replace/fix a low tire and we will never shop here again, nor refer any of our friends here. More
I would first of all like to thank Teddy so very much. He was professional, personable, patient and EXTREMELY knowledge of his product. Teddy was extremely patient with me, as well was Pete. Tom and Michael were just going through the motions and performing their needed responsibilities. I did not find them as friendly, sorry to say. Not rude, but not friendly. KOODOS to Teddy....and Pete. Those are the 2 names I will toss out for future referrals. Feel free to ask for letters from me to advertise etc. I will be very willing. Again....THANK YOU TO TEDDY!!!!!! More

Danny Brasil was the Sales Consultant that helped me find my FIRST car. He was more than happy to let me test drive the cars that I was interested in and listened to what I really wanted in a car. Also, when I came back to get a second key, he made sure that the car was running well and that I was satisfied with it. My sales person, Rosa Martinez, was GREAT! She was very patient and went out of her way to explain in detail on all the 'extras' the care came with. We ended up being at the car dealer after hours and Rosa patient and went out of her way to explain in detail on all the 'extras' the care came with. We ended up being at the car dealer after hours and Rosa stayed till even after the lights were out and gate was locked to walk me through the on-star initial start up and programming my radio stations.....she is very dedicated to her customers. Danny was great, incredibly nice and helpful, and we were able to work out a great deal with him. The other two associates we met - one in finance, not sure about the other - were also very good. I stopped in on march 25 looking to buy a camaro.. i was inroduced to ryan and he was funny very friendly felt like i was doing business with a friend but at the same time he knew his stuff was very profess inroduced to ryan and he was funny very friendly felt like i was doing business with a friend but at the same time he knew his stuff was very professional and left out no details.. i told ryan i didnt have much for a down payment and my credit wasnt great but still wanted a camaro.. he told me flat out he was making no promises but would do all he could to get me into my car.. he worked every angle he could and got me the car i wanted and got me in and out of the dealership very fast.. ive bought cars in the past where it was an all day process but ryan and his team got me in and out in about 2 hours and i left feling more informed and knowing i didnt get ripped off he was upfront and played no games very good guy.. when i come to buy my corvette in like 5 years i will be coming to see ryan More
Actually, because Dave Eisin was such a pleasure to do business with, we purchased two new vehicles in one day. It was so nice to not walk into a dealership and feel uncomfortable. Dave spent so much time business with, we purchased two new vehicles in one day. It was so nice to not walk into a dealership and feel uncomfortable. Dave spent so much time with us, including letting us test drive nearly a half dozen vehicles. He spent nearly five hours with us taking time to go over everything within each vehicle. And it doesn't end there, Brian, the Service Department Manager, has done everything to accommodate our schedules with the service to our vehicles. He ensures every time one of our vehicles is in that we are completely satisfied. This, on top of extended service hours, helps us immensely with our fluctuating schedules. No doubt that we are extremely satisfied with the attention we have received from the staff if Castle Buick GMC. More
