Very satisfied visit My Chevy Traverse was leaking or burning oil. I wasn’t sure the cause, but the mechanic was very patient explaining what he thought was the issue. After examining the car for a few days, they had me come back and showed me what they thought was the issue. They could have tried an expensive procedure, but instead went with a more conservative path of repair. More

Service excellence After dropping my truck off for a PM service the service writer called about the leaking thermostat and radiator which had a TSB. After some phone calls she was able to get the radiator and thermostat covered under the TSB The communication was great from the min I dropped it off to the time I picked up the truck. I would deffinetly recomend the service department and service techs at Castle Chevy North. More

Customer Service I had an issue with a used vehicle I purchased at Castle. Zack the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected, made I had an issue with a used vehicle I purchased at Castle. Zack the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected, made sure I had a loaner vehicle waiting when I arrived to switch out my daughters car seat from my car to the loaner vehicle and also making sure it was securely installed. He was available at all times to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend The Castle Service Team!! More
